Andrei Kirilenko blocked Kobe Bryant twice in overtime and converted a three-point play with 35 seconds remaining as the Utah Jazz beat the Los Angeles Lakers 123-115 on Sunday, tying the Western Conference semifinals at 2-2. The Jazz went 8-for-8 from the foul line in overtime and outscored the Lakers 15-7 in the extra five minutes.

Carlos Boozer broke out of his slump with 27 points and tied his career playoff-high with 20 rebounds, leading the Utah Jazz to a 104-99 victory over Los Angeles last night, cutting the Lakers' lead in the series to 2-1. It was the Lakers' first loss this postseason. Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinal is Sunday at Utah.

Deron Williams scored 13 of his 25 points in the decisive third quarter, and the Utah Jazz beat Houston 113-91 on Friday to win the series 4-2 and knock the Rockets out of the playoffs in the opening round for the second straight year. Tracy McGrady scored 40 for the Rockets, but fell to 0-7 in playoff series in his career.

Tracy McGrady snapped out of his fourth-quarter slump and scored seven of his 27 points in the final period, leading Houston to a 94-92 victory over Utah last night that gave the Rockets life in a series that could have been headed for a sweep. Rafer Alston added 20 points and five assists in his first game in nearly two weeks for Houston.

Mehmet Okur had 20 points and 15 rebounds, Deron Williams added 19 points and 11 assists, and the Utah Jazz beat the Denver Nuggets 124-97 last night to strengthen their hopes of home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs. The Jazz won three of four against their rivals for the third straight season and kept the Nuggets from moving closer to the final Western Conference playoff berth.

Just imagine what the Jazz would be like if they could win on the road. Utah has an impressive 32-4 record at home this season, but is a less-than-stellar 16-22 outside Energy Solutions Arena. Kobe Bryant had 27 points and and Lamar Odom had 22 points and 12 rounds as the Lakers ended the Jazz' 19-game home win streak with a 106-95 win, reports the Associated Press.

Dallas lost its third consecutive game against a Western Conference division leader tonight, giving up 16 straight points during the fourth quarter in a 116-110 loss to Utah. The Mavericks, now 4-4 since acquiring point guard Jason Kidd, had trailed by 21 early in the game but managed to actually take a three-point lead before the Jazz' late spurt, reports AP.

Deron Williams led the way with 19 assists and 13 points. Seven Jazz players, including all five starters, scored in double figures, as Memphis lost for an eighth straight time.
