      Woman Indicted in MySpace Suicide Case

      A Missouri woman has been indicted in the case of a teenage girl who killed herself after receiving cruel messages on MySpace, the AP reports. The woman, Lori Drew, is charged with pretending to be a teenage boy on the site and having a helper taunt the 13-year-old victim. Drew faces up to 20 years in prison on counts of conspiracy and accessing protected computers. More »

      The feds filed a new indictment against Barry Bonds today, charging him with 14 counts of perjury for allegedly lying when he told a grand jury that he never used performance-enhancing drugs and one count of obstructing the government's investigation, ESPN reports. The charges are essentially the same ones lodged against baseball's home-run king in November, before a judge ordered prosecutors to rewrite the original five-count indictment. More »

      Rudy's Top Cop to Be Indicted

      Federal prosecutors expect to have an indictment by the end of the week against  Giuliani pal Bernard Kerik for accepting illegal gifts when he was New York City corrections chief and police commissioner. The charges include tax evasion, tax fraud and public corruption, the Washington Post reports. The charges are said to be going to a grand jury today, and an indictment could be handed down as early as tomorrow. More »
