(Newser) - An autopsy of rapper Kanye West's mother has failed to turn up an official cause of death, E! Online reports. A report by the Los Angeles coroner said that Donda West suffered from coronary disease as well as post-operative problems from liposuction and breast-reduction surgery, but that "the final manner of death could not be determined."
