      Marcus Vick was arrested today and charged with DUI, the Virginian-Pilot reports. An officer said he approached the former Dolphins quarterback’s car when he heard two people arguing, prompting Vick to speed off. Another officer stopped Vick’s car and administered a sobriety test, which he and his companion failed.
