A lack of evidence means Indiana Jones star Shia LaBeouf won't face DUI charges for the July car crash that crushed his hand, People reports. Prosecutors plan instead to file charges against the other driver, who ran a red light. The sheriff's office no longer has a beef with LaBeouf, but he has a DMV hearing today and may have his license suspended for refusing a breathalyzer after the incident.

Witnesses remain amazed that musician Travis Barker and DJ AM escaped with relatively light injuries from their burning Learjet. After sliding down the wing of the plane, Barker and Adam Goldstein (DJ's real name) had to jump on each other to put out the flames, the S.C. State reports. Barker, ex-drummer for Blink-182, tried to reach a patch of grass across a 5-lane highway so he could roll, but Goldstein convinced him he didn’t have time.

Lindsay Lohan is choosing girlfriend Samantha Ronson over her dad, the New York Post reports, after Michael Lohan called the DJ a “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity” in a weekend email. “My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods,” the actress fired back. “He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren't speaking.”

Nicole Kidman thinks water in the Australian Outback may be the reason for her unexpected pregnancy last year, the AP reports. The 41-year-old Aussie, who gave birth to daughter Sunday Rose in July after adopting two children, said she and six other women who swam in a waterfall in Kununurra during the filming of Australia got pregnant.

Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM are expected to fully recover from burns they suffered in a fiery South Carolina jet crash that killed the other four people aboard, their doctor said today. The two suffered second- and third-degree burns but had no other injuries from the crash that one witness described as a fireball shooting across a highway.

Police found "a vial of drugs" believed to be methamphetamines in Ryan's bedroom during a probation check on the younger O'Neal, who, like his half-sister Tatum, has had past drug-related run-ins with the law.
