Whacked out singer Amy Winehouse appeared to lunge for an audience member in the pit yesterday in her first British gig in 7 months, reports the Daily Telegraph. She also blasted headliner Jay-Z, saying he’s “got some front to come here with tunes you don’t even remember," mumbled between songs and said her husband would be “out of jail” soon. In other words, pretty much par for the Winehouse course.

Verne Troyer managed to get the sex tape starring him and a former girlfriend out of circulation, at least for a while, last night, after a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order requested by his attorneys. The celebrity Web site TMZ pulled the 25-second snippet of the Austin Powers actor that had been up since Wednesday, and the ruling also blocks any attempt by a porn distributor to take orders for the full 50-minute video.

"Mini Me" actor Verne Troyer filed a $20 million lawsuit yesterday against celebrity web outlet TMZ and the guy who distributed the infamous Paris Hilton sex tape for publishing portions of his own raunchy video, which he says was stolen. Troyer claimed his privacy and trademark rights were violated, TMZ reports. In addition to damages, Troyer is seeking to prevent further dissemination of the video, which features him and his former live-in girlfriend.
