      (Newser) - VH1 programming VP Michael Hirschorn—the brains behind "Flavor of Love" and other hit shows that turned around the once-sleepy network—is leaving to start a new company centered on unscripted programming. The Hollywood Reporter writes that Ish Entertainment has secured a first-look deal with MTV Networks' Music Group, which encompasses Country Music Television and Logo in addition to MTV and VH1.
