      Berkeley Student Stabbed to Death

      (Newser) - A University of California-Berkeley senior was fatally stabbed after an ugly screaming match outside a sorority house, reports the San Francisco Chronicle . It wasn't immediately clear what the fight was about. A student who attends Berkeley City College and was seen tossing away a bloodied knife has confessed to the crime, according to police. Victim Christopher Wootton, a 21-year-old engineering honors student, had boasted of an earlier fraternity house fight on his MySpace page. More »
