Britney Breaks Down

"I know not everyone will like me, but this is who I am so if you don't like it, tough! " -Britney Spears

Could Brit's latest stint in the hospital mean she is on the road to recovery? Her track record certainly suggests the pop tartlet probably isn't done with the cigs, too-shirt dresses, English accent and bizzaro behavior. From her erratic driving to her seemingly reckless parenting and partying, the world has watched a former pop princess spiral out of control.
