R Kelly on Trial

A trial 6 years in the making finally began in May 2008, kicking off with a screening of the infamous 26-minute video. The prosecution claims that the tape depicts R. Kelly having sex with a girl who was as young as 12 at the time; his attorney told the jury that it wasn't Kelly on the tape, noting that the man in the video, whose face is not clearly visible, is missing a distinctive mole that Kelly has on his back.
