      Levy Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

      (AP) - The man accused of killing federal intern Chandra Levy has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and other charges. Twenty-seven-year-old Ingmar Guandique was arraigned today in District of Columbia Superior Court on six counts, including murder, kidnapping, and attempted sexual abuse. He pleaded not guilty to all counts. A judge set a two-week jury trial for Jan. 27. More »
