CLINTON > BIDEN!

Biden is Gone!

After Biden's comments about Hillary being more qualified than he is for the Vice Presidency (and even President), Barry will have to get rid of him!! In addition, the media's love affair with Barry being the Chosen One II, and stating that Christ was a community organizer and Pilot was a governor (referring to Palin of course) forget that Bill was a governor also! Hmmm... could Bill also be a governor that undermines Barry's foundation?

Ooops: Biden Says Hillary Might Have Been a Better Pick

(Newser) - Joe Biden, rushing to the defense of Hillary Clinton yesterday, delighted the opposition (not to mention Hillary diehards) by saying she might have been a better VP pick for Obama than he was. It started when a man at a New Hampshire rally said he was glad Biden had been chosen over Clinton. “Not because she’s a woman,” the man said, “but because, look at the things she did in the past.” More »

Advice for Biden: Pretend Palin's a Man

(Newser) - Joe Biden has only one prayer of winning the vice-presidential debate: He has to pretend Sarah Palin’s a man, Dahlia Lithwick writes on Slate. Palin’s not a serious candidate, but if Biden lectures or condescends to her, he’ll look like “a sexist bully.” More »

(Newser) - Revelations about Sarah Palin's personal and political life may in fact boost her image among average Americans, Charles Mahtesian writes in Politico. A pregnant teenage daughter and a husband with a DUI are problems many voters can relate to, unlike the elite scandals of Capitol Hill. "It is this averageness that makes her such a politically promising running mate," writes Mahtesian. More »

Palin Spurs Both Camps to Alter Strategies

(Newser) - Barack Obama and John McCain are tinkering with political strategy today to account for Sarah Palin's game-changing entrance into  the campaign. Camp Obama, which had planned attack ads against likely veep candidates Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty, is struggling to criticize Palin, knowing she represents a political milestone for women. The camp's latest ad mentions her only in passing, the New York Times reports. More »

      Dems Should Fear 'Sarah Barracuda'

(Newser) - Democrats will launch one patronizing strike after another on Sarah Palin in the coming weeks, but make no mistake: Liberals are—and should be—terrified of the GOP veep pick, William Kristol writes in the Weekly Standard . Palin is “a compelling and mold-breaking example for lots of Americans,” with hard-core conservative values and a gripping story that could win the election for John McCain—if his campaign lets her be herself.
