      (Newser) - Mike Dunleavy had 36 points and Indiana used a 10-2 run late in the third to pull away from Toronto, 122-111. The biggest loss tonight for the Raptors wasn't the game but that of Chris Bosh, who left in the first quarter with a sore right knee.
