  Britney Spears was released today from the psychiatric ward at a Los Angeles hospital, just six days after entering the facility under an intense media spotlight. The pop diva avoided the glare today, slipping out of UCLA Medical Center amid a throng of private security.   Britney Spears' manager has been drugging and verbally attacking the singer, her mom said in papers filed to support her application for a restraining order against Sam Lutfi. Lynne Spears says in a document dated Jan. 31 that Lutfi "claims to control everything"—he cut her daughter's phone lines, removed her cell phone chargers and disabled her cars.
