Ultimate Warrior, the wrestling icon who collapsed and died last week just after his return to the WWE, suffered a massive heart attack, Radar reports. The medical examiner's office listed his cause of death as "natural," due to heart disease, but will still conduct a death investigation. "They plan to do a full medical history report as well as a toxicology report to see if he had any drugs in his system when he died," says a source inside the office. "They don’t just want to know the cause, its also important for them to figure out 'how he got there.'" (More wrestling stories.)
