The coffee behemoth is continuing to move beyond java with the opening of its first tea-only shop this fall in Seattle, reports the Seattle Times. The announcement comes just three months after it opened its first juice bar, called Evolution Fresh. The tea shop will be called Tazo, a brand it bought back in 1999 for $8.1 million. "We want to raise customer expectations for tea the same way Starbucks did for coffee," said a spokesman for Tazo. And to set those expectations, here's what tea drinkers can anticipate: iced tea, tea lattes, and a custom tea-blending station. (More Starbucks stories.)
