Country crooner Randy Travis is having a bad year: He was arrested last night on suspicion of drunk driving, and it's his second arrest since February (when he was busted for allegedly getting drunk in front of a Baptist church after a fight with his girlfriend). This time around, Travis was busted in Texas after crashing his car ... and he was totally naked when cops arrived, TMZ reports. He then refused a breathalyzer and allegedly threatened to shoot and kill the officers, which got him a second charge of felony retaliation and obstruction.
Cops were called to the scene after reports of a man lying in the road; they found Travis' car off the road, where it had hit construction zone barricades. Travis was placed in the police car, still naked, and that's when he allegedly made his threats. No word yet on why he was sans clothes, but he rode to the jail that way and was then given a shirt and a paper suit for his bottom half. (More Randy Travis stories.)
