England's Prince Harry is scheduled to deploy to south-east Iraq with his regiment next month, in spite of misgivings about the high-profile royal becoming a target for insurgents. The British Ministry of Defense continues to support his deployment, saying that holding him back would be a "tremendous propaganda coup" for the enemy.

Others are not so sure. "The danger is that Prince Harry will be hazarding the lives of other soldiers," a former defense secretary tells the Guardian, "and I think that's not right." The prince, who'll get a special "minder,"  says he's eager to head to the front lines. (More Iraq stories.)
