They’ve already clinched the division title, but that hasn’t stopped Detroit from continuing their domination.  The Red Wings rolled over the Nashville Predators tonight, 6-3, giving Dominik Hasek his 385th career win in goal.  He’s now tied with Mike Vernon for 10th place all-time, reports the AP. Nashville continues their slide as they lose their sixth-straight home game. Elsewhere in the NHL:

  • Florida inched a little closer to the eighth and final playoff spot, despite losing to the Carolina Hurricanes tonight. The Panthers lost the game in a 2-0 shootout, bringing their team-record tying seven-game win streak to a close. The team enjoyed similar streaks during both the 1995-96 and 2005-06 seasons. Cam Ward recorded 36 saves in the win for Carolina.
