The 20-room nuclear bunker was originally intended to protect government officials in case of bombs. Instead, six men were allegedly using it to fill bongs, reports the BBC. During a Wednesday raid on the 1980s bunker known as RGHQ Chilmark in Wiltshire, England, police uncovered a massive marijuana operation with thousands of plants worth at least $1.25 million. "Almost every single room had been converted for the wholesale production of cannabis plants," an officer says of the bunker, per the Telegraph. Six males, aged 15 to 45, were arrested on charges of cannabis production. Three also face human trafficking charges. (More weird crimes stories.)
