An accident on the slopes is now a battle in the courts. The Denver Post reports a Florida woman is suing a fellow skier she says crashed into her at the Beaver Creek ski resort in Colorado. Rella Feldman was skiing near her instructor on an intermediate run when Jim Buckley ran into her from behind, according to the lawsuit filed Friday in federal court. The suit states Feldman fractured and dislocated her wrist in the collision. She's seeking more than $75,000 from Buckley, a Colorado resident. (More skiing stories.)
