Heather Locklear Is Arrested Again

Heather Locklear's sad downward spiral seems to be escalating. The 56-year-old was arrested yet again Sunday night and accused of assaulting a police officer and an EMT, reports TMZ. She is currently being held in California's Ventura County Jail on $20,000 bail and awaiting a court appearance Tuesday, reports Us Weekly. A family member called police Sunday to report that the former Melrose Place star was drunk and highly agitated, and Locklear allegedly punched a responding officer and kicked an EMT while she was being placed on a gurney. She faces two counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and emergency personnel. Locklear underwent a psychiatric eval just last week after allegedly attacking her parents.
