Mollie Tibbetts' Suspected Killer Pleads Not Guilty

(Newser) – The man accused of murdering Mollie Tibbetts will stand trial in April. Cristhian Bahena Rivera on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder during his arraignment in Montezuma, Iowa. KCRG reports the 24-year-old waived his right to a speedy trial, and an April 16 trial date was set.
