A former America's Next Top Model star died Tuesday at age 34, just two months after revealing she had breast cancer. Jael Strauss, who competed on the show in 2007, announced in October that she had been diagnosed with incurable stage 4 breast cancer on Oct. 2. On Thanksgiving, she told social media followers she had gone into hospice care. Sources tell TMZ that's where she died after being unconscious for a few days. Strauss, who publicly fought her addiction issues in 2012, had just celebrated five years of sobriety in August. (A former Road Rules star also died young this year.)
