Alexander Goldinsky allegedly looked to see if anyone was watching before pouring ice cubes on the floor and "falling." According to prosecutors in New Jersey's Middlesex County, he failed to notice the surveillance camera watching his every move. Goldinsky, 57, is charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception after the incident in the break room of a Woodbridge business where Goldinsky was working as an independent contractor last fall, per CNN. Surveillance video shows him lowering himself to the floor, using a counter for support. Prosecutors say he "waited until he was discovered," then filed a false insurance claim for his ambulance ride and hospital treatment. He was arrested Jan. 15 and will appear in court on Feb. 7, per WCMH. (More insurance fraud stories.)
