Alec Baldwin returned to Saturday Night Live as President Trump, only this time he brought his inner rock star, channeling Queen in a parody of "Don't Stop Me Now." He was joined by Cecily Strong as Melania Trump, Beck Bennett as Mike Pence, Aidy Bryant as Sarah Sanders, and, as the Week points out, "not even Robert De Niro's Robert Mueller can ruin their fun." Paul Rudd guest-hosted the season finale, opening with a monologue the AV Club calls "charming, silly, utterly committed," but "while his commitment never flagged, the sketches he got were either warmed over hash (alien abduction, again?), or sleepily mediocre." The show took numerous swipes at Alabama's recently passed abortion ban, highlighted by Leslie Jones on "Weekend Update" in what the AV Club calls her "her most fired-up desk piece ever." Highlights in the gallery. DJ Khaled was musical guest. (More Saturday Night Live stories.)
