The best-run city in the US isn't exactly a household name. Nampa, Idaho, gets the honor in a new ranking from WalletHub. The site ranked 150 of the nation's largest cities (including Washington, DC) on a range of factors, including financial stability, education, health, safety, infrastructure, and pollution. And after all that, Nampa came in at No. 1, while DC came in dead last at No. 150. The top 10:

  1. Nampa, Idaho
  2. Provo, Utah
  3. Boise, Idaho
  4. Durham, NC
  5. Lexington-Fayette, Ky.
  6. Las Cruces, NM
  7. Billings, Mont.
  8. Virginia Beach, Va.
  9. Missoula, Mont.
  10. Fargo, ND
