R. Kelly has been arrested on sex charges in Chicago for the second time this year—this time by federal authorities. The R&B singer was walking his dog around 7pm Thursday when he was taken into custody, the Chicago Tribune reports. The 52-year-old was arrested in February on state charges relating to the sexual abuse of four people, including three minors. Cook County prosecutors hit him with another 11 charges relating to an underage victim in May. US Attorney's Office spokesman Joseph Fitzpatrick says Kelly was arrested after a federal grand jury returned indictments on 13 counts, the AP reports. "The counts include child porn, enticement of a minor, and obstruction of justice," Fitzpatrick says. Authorities say more details will be released Friday. (More R. Kelly stories.)
