(Newser) – Most people in the United States drive—and drivers in the country spend an average of 310 hours per year on the road, or almost 13 days. So if you want to make those 13 days of each year more pleasant, pay heed to WalletHub's list of the best and worst US cities in which to drive. The site compared the 100 biggest cities across 30 indicators including costs related to ownership and maintenance of a car, traffic and congestion, weather, quality of infrastructure, accident and fatality rates, car thefts, and much more, even including access to car washes. The 10 cities that came out on top:

  2. Orlando, FL
  3. Lincoln, NE
  4. Tampa, FL
  5. Winston-Salem, NC
  6. Birmingham, AL
  7. Corpus Christi, TX
  8. Boise, ID
  9. Charlotte, NC
