That hot mic incident involving Justin Trudeau laughing about President Trump? It's now front and center in a new Joe Biden ad. The former VP's Twitter account released a video centering on the incident with the Canadian prime minister and other world leaders, reports the Hill. "The world is laughing at President Trump," declares the tweet. "They see him for what he really is: dangerously incompetent and incapable of world leadership." And the final line, echoed in Biden's comments during the video: "We cannot give him four more years as commander in chief."

The Biden video also plays a clip from Trump's speech before the UN last year when he boasted that his administration had accomplished more than any other administration in US history, only to be met with laughter, notes Axios. In Wednesday's video, Trudeau was caught apparently snickering over Trump's impromptu news conference in London, though Trump is never actually mentioned by name. Trump called Trudeau "two-faced" over the incident, and tweeted that the media was trying to "belittle my VERY successful trip to London." He added that the US now gets "only deep respect" from other nations. (More Joe Biden 2020 stories.)
