It was a very Cold Open for Alec Baldwin's President Trump on Saturday Night Live, with the mocked American president trying and failing to get a seat at the cafeteria table with the same NATO cool kids caught on video earlier this week mocking him. The show brought in Jimmy Fallon as Justin Trudeau, Paul Rudd as Emmanuel Macron, and James Corden as Boris Johnson sitting at a table with an open chair, reports Variety. Trump tries to sit down, saying, "I'm Boris' friend, right, Boris?" "Don't make this harder than it is," responds Johnson, before the group instead invites Kate McKinnon's Angela Merkel to take the empty chair, leaving Trump to go sit with the Latvian head of state at the "loser table." It's all very high school. Other video highlights in the gallery. Jennifer Lopez guest-hosted. (More Saturday Night Live stories.)
