(Newser) – Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign pulled in more than $24 million last quarter. This quarter isn't going so well. An email to supporters on Friday asked them to do more, saying the total raised so far in the fourth quarter leaves the campaign "a good chunk behind where we were at this time last quarter," CNBC reports. She's currently at $17 million, about 30% off the mark, with four days to go in the quarter. The email warned that the Warren campaign would not be able to organize in more states if more money doesn't roll in, per the Wall Street Journal.

Warren raises money through online, grass-roots efforts and hasn't held events with or gone to big-check donors. Her Senate campaign fund did accept large donations, though, and she did move $10.4 million from that account to her presidential campaign fund. Bernie Sanders, at more than $25 million, was the only Democrat to collect more last quarter than Warren did. (In their last debate, Warren suggested Pete Buttigieg was collecting from rich people who frequent "wine caves.")
