Tulsi Gabbard is a combat veteran, surfer, and martial artist; she left the campaign trail to serve National Guard duty; and she has been known to post videos of her intense workouts to social media. So it should come as no surprise that when an attendee of the Democratic presidential candidate's recent Manchester, NH, town hall asked whether Gabbard thought she could "take" fellow candidate Joe Biden, who has been known to challenge his campaign event attendees to push-up contests, in a such a contest, Gabbard said oh heck yeah. "My educated and informed guess would be yes," she said, per CNN. "But I would take most people [in] a push-up challenge." And with that, it was on.

The attendee and Gabbard, who was wearing a blazer and heels at the time, got down on the floor to see who would come out on top; Gabbard did, per WMUR. The attendee jokingly fell to the floor and rolled over in defeat as Gabbard shot to her feet in victory. One skeptic responded to video of the challenge on Twitter by saying, "The dude clearly had at least 20 more in him," to which Gabbard responded, "So did I." Another skeptic took issue with that, insisting, "Idk about all that. You looked like you were getting tired and your form is a bit suspect. You're the most likeable Democrat, though. I'll give you that!" Many, however, were supportive, with some referring to Gabbard as "queen" or tweeting Wonder Woman GIFs. (More Tulsi Gabbard stories.)
