(Newser) – A California man has been arrested and charged with felony stalking for allegedly threatening to kill celebrity physician Drew Pinsky. Charles Pearson sent threatening message over the Internet, including one in which he threatened to kill the doctor's children and make his wife eat them, Dr. Drew tells TMZ.

Pearson, who is being held on $150,000 bond after police busted him at a college in Woodland Hills, believes that Dr. Drew has implanted a tracking device in his genitals, the doctor says. Pinsky said he hopes Pearson "gets the treatment he clearly needs." (Read more Drew Pinsky stories.)
