Mary Kennedy’s May 15 DWI arrest didn’t come out of nowhere: Turns out her husband, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., had filed for divorce on May 12. Rumors of marriage trouble came bubbling to the surface soon after the DWI; police had been called to the couple’s New York home on May 13 for a domestic incident and found Mary “intoxicated,” the New York Daily News reports. She is due in court on the DWI charges July 22.
