MIAMI (AP) — Mulling a 2016 White House bid, Vice President Joe Biden is testing the waters in pivotal Florida.

Biden is speaking at an education event at Miami Dade College and attending a fundraiser for Senate Democrats, mingling with the types of donors he'd need to challenge Hillary Rodham Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination.

His trip will offer support for President Barack Obama's education agenda and a nuclear agreement with Iran forged by Obama and U.S. allies.
