An Ohio woman is upset with a Kentucky funeral home after she opened up her son's funeral urn to find his ashes placed inside a Wal-Mart bag.

Nancy Bronner of Amelia tells WCPO-TV ( http://bit.ly/14HC480) she opened the urn after the teenager's death last September. She says she's considering filing a complaint.

Bob McDaniel of McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge, Ky., says the family asked to divide the ashes but provided containers that didn't seal and had no bags, so he used what he had.

McDaniel says he cut the bags so they didn't show the store name or logo. But Bronner says it was recognizable as a Wal-Mart bag.

The boy's father, Thomas Mitchell, says it may have been poor judgment but wasn't malicious.
