(Newser) – Christine O'Donnell just isn't going there. The new Tea Party queen refused to answer whether she still considers masturbation a sin—a stance she spelled out years ago on MTV (see video in gallery) that has since become fodder for her critics. "My opponents dug up a quote I gave 16 years ago," she tells the Guardian. "That is how desperate they are. I was a pundit. I was very passionate in my 20s and wanted to share my beliefs."

Asked directly if she still thinks it's a no-no, O'Donnell ducked. "It is irrelevant to this race," she said. Which is actually a smart move, writes Ewan MacAskill. If she says yes, she alienates moderate voters. If she says she's had a change of heart, she alienates her conservative base. "Either way, she isn't saying." Sure it is, if she's elected she will push for or fight against bills that might have to do with child development, human development, sex education, etc. Besides, maybe now that she doesn't have a man in her life, unless she's gay, she may have changed her mind on that subject. Just never know with those people that say they don't believe in "ever" lying. Don't forget, she's the founder of S.A.L.T. (Saviors Alliance for Lifting the Truth).

This is not simply a far left attack on Christine O'Donnell but an attack on every Christian and Jewish American who believes what the Bible says regarding masturbation. The Chritsianphobes and the AntiSemeticphobes will go to any length to attack our religions. As for the far left media having to dig up an MTV clip from 16 years ago when this woman was very young is simply ridiculous. How many times have we heard the left excuse indiscretions of leftist stating "Well they were young when that happened or they said that." So are the people of Delaware going to hear a debate on the issues, the economy, soaring deficits, unemployment, housing foreclosures, taxes, spending or shall we play the left wing media's silly game and make the first question to Chris Coons "Sir how old were you when you first masturbated, do you still masturbate, how often do you masturbate today and who do you fantasize about when you masturbate?" Or maybe we should ask Mr. Coons what his thoughts were about a sitting democrat President masturbating a White House intern with a cigar in the Oval Office? Is is fair game given the history of liberal democrats patronizing prostitutes if we ask Mr. coons if he ver in his life visited a prostitute? Maybe way back when he was in college? Shall we ask him about any adultery in his life. NO! ENOUGH! Far left pervert left wing media you can all shut up about sex. IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPIDS!" Last but certainly not least for David Letterman to make a joke regarding thee word woman and sex in any for is utter hypocrisy. David Letterman is a self confessed serial abuser of his female employees. A sexual harasser. A pervert. An adulterer. Now as to the unemployment rate in Delaware? Can we please hear what Mr. coons and Ms. O'Donnell have to say? Then can we move on to the deficit, expansion of the federal government, energy independence, the War in Afghanistan etc.

Americans have very short memories. Was it not President Jimmy Carter who stated that he had been guilty of the sin of adultery in thought. I believe his exact words were "I have lusted in my heart."
