What GOP Will Do With a House Majority

Republicans will cut off cash to key Dem initiatives

(Newser) – If Republicans win the House in November, they’ll highlight their differences with Democrats by starving signature policies—like health care—of cash, the Wall Street Journal reports. Although the GOP hopes to repeal the health care bill in the House, such a measure would likely fail in the Senate, so leaders are devising other ways to undermine it. Other Democratic initiatives like financial and environmental reform would get similar treatment.

"We need to establish the proverbial lines in the sand and show we are serious about limited government," says Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan. President Obama has said that attempts to strangle health care will backfire, and that Republicans want to "cut more taxes for millionaires and cut more rules for corporations." Republican plans to attack health care reform include blocking funding for new IRS agents and a new Medicare board.

as much as I hate to admit it..when the GOP gets in the driver seat, they will still end up bickering with the left, and spend more time and effort "getting even" and won't get sh** done either. And just like the lefties will just continue down the same damned road to destruction..left in one lane, the right in the other, both going the same direction

Gee, I guess the Dems should have thought of that the whole time they were governing like complete pussies. I guess they should have thought of that when they spent 20 months debating what to do with power, rather than using it shrewdly. Dems are feeble little bitches. They will never get my vote again.
