(User Submitted) – Fifty years ago, the culturally iconic cartoon The Flintstones debuted on ABC. Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty inhabited the fictional town of Bedrock in 10,000 BC in an equally fictional world inhabited simultaneously by humans and dinosaurs. Patrick (Imperator): It says "Newser Staff" next to your name, but the byline says "User Submitted." Pick One. If you can... Seriously: we get that you're trying to "pump up" the "Newser by Users" section of the site -- right down to stripping the "user" stories of their tell-tale gray background -- but do you really think that having the CEO of Newser pretend to be a Joe Sixpack "user" is the best way to do it? It sure ain't the most dignified. "Yabba Dabba Doo" indeed.
