(Newser) – A Nepalese man turned 18 and officially claimed the title of world's shortest man, the AFP reports. Khagendra Thapa Magar—who is 2 feet, 1.8 inches—has been campaigning for the record since early this year, and he got his wish when the folks from Guinness World Records visited him in his hometown of Pokhara in central Nepal for the measurement.
