(User Submitted) – Norway has come up with a novel way to keep drivers from crashing into reindeer: They're fitting reflectors on the animals in the form of reflective collars or antler tags. So far, 2,000 of the nation's 200,000 reindeer have been fitted. "It really works," a roads official tells the Telegraph. About 500 reindeer are killed each year by cars.

reminds me of a buddy that lived in Michigan..he said that .they had to paint "COW"...and "HORSE"..on the animals there during hunting season, because of the "schmucks" from Jersey and New York would hunt in their area....he even seen a full grown jersey cow complete with a tag on a horn loaded into an el comino from Brooklyn....rofl

While they're at this, may I recommend slapping license plates on the butts of these reindeer; think of all the new tax dollars they'd be bringing in.
