Iran officials are boasting that their nation's military shot down two Western spy planes. But no one is claiming the drones. The planes, "capable of taking photographs," were blasted over the Persian Gulf, Iran's air force commander told a local wire service. But a US source says there have been "no recent reports of any losses" of drones in that area "due to any cause," reports CNN. While "we have lost them in the past, I am not aware of any indication that those had been due to hostile fire of any kind," he added.
