(Newser) – There are impressive employers, and then there are impressive employers. These go above and beyond by bestowing much more than just a paycheck on their (we're guessing appreciative) employees. Fortune lists the best in professional perks:

  • Chesapeake Energy: There's no need to go far to work on looking good. This natural gas producer's employees can work out in a 72,000-foot gym (complete with seven tanning beds) and get on-site Botox injections.

  • Morningstar: This company offers the sabbatical to end all sabbaticals—six weeks paid leave ... every four years.
  • Cisco: This tech giant's employees don't have to waste their Saturdays tending to their vehicles. It brings in a car care company twice a week to take care of oil changes.
  • Kimpton Hotels: This isn't just a pet-friendly hotel; its employees can bring their pets to work. Added bonus: veterinary health insurance.
  • Hasbro/Mattel: As befitting a toymaker, Fridays are always fun—employees only work half-a-day ... year-round.
  • DPR Construction: Every one of this construction firm's 17 offices features a wine bar where employees can toast their successes ... except for the Texas office, which features a saloon.
