(Newser) – Osama bin Laden's youngest son and presumed heir won't be going into the family business. US officials say Hamza bin Laden was killed along with his father in the raid on the Abbotabad compound, reports the Telegraph. Hamza, believed to have been around 20 years old, was the youngest of bin Laden's 18 sons, and intelligence agencies suspect he was being groomed as a future leader of al-Qaeda. Hamza—dubbed the "Crown Prince of Terror"—spoke in an al-Qaeda video released in 2008 and was named as a potential assassin by former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who was killed in 2007. ?"I've never wished a man dead, but I have read some obituaries with great pleasure." — Clarence Darrow He was an adult and had allegedly assassinated at least one person. Meh.

Collateral damage. The articles say the US only took Osama bin Laden. If we left Osama's wife and child dead at the scene, it will go a long way toward resolving any conspiracy theories. We can expect to see photos of the dead wife and child in the next week or so if anyone got to the scene before it was completely sealed off. Very iffy.

Did daddy try to hide behind him to or did they both realize mommy was too small to use as an effective shield?
