Obama Becomes Navy SEAL Action Figure

The doll's name: Rambama

(Newser) – This year's political stocking stuffer? Meet Rambama, a new action figure of a very buff President Obama imagined as a Navy SEAL. Herobuilders.com put the $35 doll up for sale yesterday, hoping to capitalize on the Osama bin Laden raid, reports WVIT of Connecticut. He's even got a "Punisher" T-shirt and M4A1 rifle. Those inclined can pair it with an Osama bin Laden action figure sold separately.

"What's so odd is that we made an action figure of him before he even became president, after he gave his speech in Chicago (at the 2004 Democratic National Convention)," the company president tells Time. "It never resonated with the public, so we think this is the one." Apparently—the site appears to have crashed today.

I'm sure all you conservatives were whining just as loud back a few years. http://www.wartoyz.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/george-bush-aviator-400.jpg

What a slap in the face to the men and women who actually earned the right to be outfitted as soldiers, and especially the SEALs who have gone through Hell and back to earn the right to call themselves SEALs.
