Autopsy Planned in Bonnaroo Death

32-year-old Pennsylvania woman found in her tent

(Newser) – Authorities don't know much more yet about the woman who died at the Bonnaroo music festival near Nashville this week. They have identified her as 32-year-old Beth Myers of Pittsburgh, according to the Tennessean. (Other services say she's from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.) Friends found her in her tent Thursday night. “There was no evident cause of death,” says a police spokesman. “She didn't have any marks on her body.” An autopsy is planned. Reuters notes that with temperatures in the mid-90s, authorities are looking into whether heat exhaustion figured in. The festival wraps up tomorrow.

Ms. Myers is from Harrisburg Pennsylvania. She was my wife's best friend. Jojo, really get some tact. Especially without knowing any backround. We are all waiting for the Autopsy, however there is a history over the last few years of her being sick. in fact doctors put a 5 year time frame on her life about a year ago. Try not to offend the dead til you know really what's up...

Bonnaroo is just one big drug fest, get real @ the heat possibly being a cause. I'm surprised there haven't been a lot more deaths, and a lot sooner, at this shit hole. It's by far the most disgusting festival.

(NEWSER) - Trayvon Martin was killed by a single gunshot fired from an "intermediate range"—evidence suggests just inches away from the skin—according to an autopsy report reviewed by NBC . George Zimmerman has told investigators that he fired the shot while he was on his back as the teen straddled him, CBS notes. The only other injury the autopsy found on Trayvon was a small abrasion, about a quarter-inch in size, on his left ring finger below the knuckle. (NEWSER) - Little surprise here, but an autopsy has concluded that Moammar Gadhafi died of a gunshot to the head. The report was conducted today by Libya's chief pathologist amid international concern over the circumstances of the strongman's death, in light of widespread images of a bloodied but alive Gadhafi taken after his capture.
