Ryan Dunn's blood-alcohol content was twice the legal limit, and he was driving as fast as 140 mph when he crashed his Porsche Monday morning, killing the Jackass star and his passenger, according to police. The legal BAC limit in Pennsylvania is .08, and Dunn's level was .196, reports the Daily Local News of Chester County. No other substances beside alcohol were found in his body.

An accident reconstruction team determined Dunn was traveling between 132 and 140 mph when he slammed his car into a guardrail, sending it crashing into the woods before it burst into flames. A photo of Dunn and two other men allegedly drinking at a bar was posted to Dunn's Twitter account two hours prior to the crash. Click to read about Roger Ebert's controversial tweet on the subject.
