Tracy Morgan: Retarded Boys 'Strong Like Chimps'

(Newser) – Maybe Tracy Morgan is pranking his publicist for a new bit on Scare Tactics. In his first live performance since his infamous anti-gay rant earlier this month, the comedian smoothed over the scandal, but instead took aim at the mentally disabled. "Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids," he said. "Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps." He also talked about an alleged teenage relationship he had with a "cripple," says Hollywood Reporter.

Before embarking on the tangent at a comedy club in New York City, he addressed his earlier statements that he would stab his son if he was gay. "I'm 42, man, and now all of a sudden I'm homophobic?," he said. "I don't have that in me. I believe gay, straight, anybody, everybody's supposed to be happy in this world, man." But he seemingly couldn't resist the urge to stir the pot with his new groan-inducing routine, saying he had something else on his mind that he shouldn't share. "I can't," Morgan said. "I just got out of controversy, man. This is diabolical." He did anyway.
