A 2008 jailhouse video of Casey Anthony considered by a court to be so inflammatory that it was sealed may see the light of day. A judge is considering a TV station's request to release the video, which shows Anthony reacting to the news that the remains of a small child had been found near her parents' home, ABC News reports.

The soundless video shows Anthony doubling over and beginning to hyperventilate, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The body was not identified as that of her daughter, Caylee, until eight days later. A spokeswoman for the county prosecutor's office says the matter is between the judge and the TV station. "We don't have a dog in that fight," she said. (More Casey Anthony stories.)
